Sea Derived Pickled Shrimp

Wash the prawns, mince the garlic, and chop the green onions for later use.

Put the shrimps in a bowl, pour an appropriate amount of white vinegar and marinate for about 30 minutes (for disinfection).

Pour out the vinegar of the marinated shrimp, add salt, light soy sauce, MSG, sugar, minced garlic, chopped green onion, and mustard, mix well, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
Tips:
Use white vinegar to marinate the shrimp for as long as possible, add more garlic and mustard, mainly for disinfection and sterilization, after all, eat raw, safety first!
