Sea Rice and Fresh Meat Wontons

Wash the ingredients and soak the sea rice in warm water to soften it.

Chop the pork finely, add cornstarch, salt, pepper, and soy sauce and egg mixture and stir well.

Wonton wrapper with meat filling, pinch tightly.

The water in the pot is boiled, and the wontons are cooked.

Put some pepper, chicken essence, sesame oil, a pinch of salt and boiling water in a bowl. (Dashi is best.)

Drain and put in a bowl.
7.
Sprinkle with Shanghai rice and chopped green onion.
