Seaweed Pork Lung Soup
1.
Don’t cut the pig’s lungs after you buy them. Pour water into the branch pipe first and then squeeze it out. Repeatedly rinse with water until the lungs become pink and white, and then you can cut them into pieces! Most people usually do this, but I still think it is dirty, so I cut into pieces and add starch and stir for 10 minutes, then rinse off with water
2.
Wash it, put it in the pot and scoop it up
3.
Wash the kelp and soak it in water for about 20 minutes and then cut into pieces
4.
Cut a few slices of ginger to taste
5.
Then put the pork lungs in the pot and cook until 7 minutes cooked, then add the kelp, ginger, lard and cook together!
6.
Add salt and MSG to taste
Tips:
Washing pig lungs is very time-consuming, so everyone should arrange a good time. I washed half of the pig lungs for 40 minutes. It takes me to wash it carefully to get it clean! Pork lungs are best cooked in a pressure cooker, so they are easier to cook. Because they don’t have them at home, it’s so slow to use the pot!
