Seaweed Tofu Brain

The raw materials are shown in the figure;

Bring seaweed to a boil with 500 g of water;

Finely chop the coriander; add a small amount of warm water to the eggs and beat them up;

Add eggs to the boiling water to form egg flowers;

Add all the seasonings, thicken the water, starch, and sprinkle in the coriander to make a brine;
6.
Divide the lactone tofu into bowls;
7.
Pour in the prepared marinade and serve;
