Secret Chili Sauce

Weigh the main ingredients

Minced ginger and garlic
3.
Five flavors (salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar)

Heat the wok and add oil
5.
Add ginger, minced garlic and stir-fry, add cooking wine, salt, and vinegar in turn, stir-fry and add hot water.

Add chili powder and stir fry

Stir the light soy sauce evenly, season the chicken essence, and serve

Let it cool and put it in a clean bottle

Tips:
1. Light soy sauce can be replaced by dark soy sauce
2. The water is hot boiled water
3. Only the noodles with enough spicy flavor will make the sauce you want to make
4. The container is sterilized and anhydrous and oil-free
5. Put it in 0° refrigerated storage for half a year without any problem
