Secret Pork Knuckle

Wash pork knuckles, peel and prepare for marinating

Bring the rapeseed mushrooms into a pot and boil, remove and soak in a basin of cold water; after washing the coriander, cut the middle section and separate the stems and leaves; cut the other side dishes and set aside

Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, and sugar to marinate. In order to taste better, use a knife to insert a few more knuckles into the thicker part of the pork knuckle, but do not cut it, and marinate for 20 minutes

Simmer at 160 degrees for 90 minutes, add water once in the middle

Tips:
1. The pressure of the pressure cooker will be faster, and the equipment can only be stewed slowly;
2. Put the coriander leaves out of the pot and turn off the heat;
