Secret Red Oil Sauce

Chop the green onion, ginger, and garlic into minced pieces, and put them in a bowl with the chili noodles and set aside.

Add oil to the pot, then put 15 peppers and two slices of ginger to heat.

Remove the pepper and ginger slices from the pot, pour hot oil into a bowl, and stir.

Heat the balsamic vinegar in a hot pot and pour it into a bowl with ingredients.

Pour in soy sauce and sesame sesame oil.
Tips:
It must be hot, so that the chili oil will be fragrant!
