Prepare the meat, green onion and ginger;

Prepare rice, small yellow rice and various spices (A);

Wash the rice and yellow rice in advance. Drain the water after washing the rice, soak the small yellow rice with water, preferably overnight;

After the meat is cleaned, put it in the refrigerator;

After washing all kinds of spices, put them in a non-stick pan and let them dry on low heat;

Add the drained rice and peanuts and stir-fry continuously;

Until the rice grains turn golden, there is a feeling of bursting slightly;

Turn to high heat, shake the pot quickly with your hands, so that the rice grains are heated evenly, and the process can be better exploded for about 2~3 minutes;

After it's completely cooled, put the fried spice rice on a cutting board, crush it with a rolling pin, and the steamed meat powder is ready;

Cut the corn into sections with a thickness of about 1cm (this is not too limited, as long as all the corn sections are about the same thickness);

Tips:
1. To make steamed pork, it is best to choose fat and lean pork belly with the skin on it. If the meat is relatively lean, you can coat a layer of egg white and starch mixture before coating the steamed meat powder to prevent the meat from becoming too chaotic;
2. The taste of small yellow rice is hard, so it must be soaked in advance, preferably overnight;
3. After washing the rice, be sure to drain the water. If you are in a hurry, you can wash it, drain it a little, and then heat it in a microwave oven on high heat for 1 to 2 minutes, depending on the power of the microwave oven and the amount of rice, adjust it yourself;
4. Stir-fry the rice grains on low heat and slowly dry the water inside. Finally, heat it up to medium-high heat and keep shaking the pot, which will not only heat the rice grains evenly, but also make the rice grains smell more fragrant;
5. I like the grainy steamed meat powder, so I use a rolling pin to crush it. If you are afraid of trouble, you can also use a blender. Just be careful not to crush it too much;
6. Adjust the amount of salt in the steamed meat powder by yourself, and taste it after it is done, and you will feel the saltiness is almost the same. When the meat is marinated, it also has a salty taste;
7. After the meat is washed, refrigerate until it becomes hard and it can be cut into thin slices more easily;
8. The meat must be marinated to taste, the time must be guaranteed, or it is not tasty;
9. The corn can be replaced with pumpkins, potatoes, etc., and the corn leaves can be replaced with lotus leaves, thousand sheets or oiled paper, as you like.
