Sesame Jelly (jelly Series 1)

Prepare the pea starch and pour it into the pot.

Add seven times the water.

Heat on high heat, stirring constantly clockwise or counterclockwise, and stirring in one direction.

When there are a lot of transparent crystals, turn down the heat. Continue not to listen to the stirring.

After everything becomes transparent, turn off the heat. But continue to stir for a while.

Take it out, put it in a container, and let cool. The jelly is a success! Chill in the refrigerator.

Mix all the sauces, sesame sauce, light soy sauce, aged vinegar, salt, in a small bowl. The sesame sauce cannot be mixed, but it can be boiled cold. Then add the shallots and coriander, sprinkle the salt, and drizzle some sesame oil, and you're done!

The sauce can be increased or decreased according to your own taste
