Ingredients

Sesame Oil Drenched Chicken

1. Wash chicken wings, mince ginger and garlic, and chop green onions for later use. Mix the chicken wings with ginger, chopped green onions, salt, and cooking wine, and marinate for ten minutes.

2. Bring water to a boil in a boiling pot, and put the marinated chicken wings into the pot. When the water boils again, turn high heat to low heat and cook for ten minutes. Pick up and cut in half and set aside.

3. Mix the various seasonings (rice vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate) into a sauce and pour it into the chicken wings on the plate. Garnish the chicken wings with shredded red pepper and garlic, then mix the sesame oil and peanut oil in a ratio of 2:1 and heat it in.

Tips:

When cooking chicken wings, turn to low heat as soon as the water is boiled. The chicken is tender!
