Prepare all materials.

Put the chopped vegetables into the pot separately, stir-fry the beans, carrots, and potatoes for a while, then add the shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, dried tofu, and finally stir-fry the tomatoes, add salt, soy sauce, five-spice powder, and pepper powder to fry various vegetables. Sheng out and spare.

Combine the flour into a dough and roll it into a round piece.

Tips:
1 The noodles used for rubbing should be firmer, so that the rubbing of the rubbing tendons.
2 Dishes can be put according to personal preference or seasonal dishes.
3 If you put tofu, it is best to fry the tofu first, so as not to break it. I put dried tofu here.
4 When eating, you must add vinegar and spicy oil to taste enough.
