Wash dried sea cucumbers and soak for later use.

Cut the pork into minced pieces.

Heat the pan with oil, add a little scallion and ginger to the pan.

Add soy sauce and Maggi and stir fry until fragrant.

Tips:
It is best not to add vinegar to sea cucumbers, as vinegar will destroy the nutrients of sea cucumbers.
Be sure to use a low heat when simmering.
The oyster sauce should be added last.
