Shepherd's Purse Pork Bun

Mix the yeast with warm water, pour it into the flour and stir, knead the dough as shown in the picture.

The fermentation process is about 3 hours, and the dough will expand twice as big.

Prepare the filling, chop the meat and shepherd's purse, add salt, light soy sauce, and salad oil.

Wrap the buns, put them in a steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes!
