Short Ribs
1.
Prepare the ingredients, chop the ribs into small pieces, soak in clean water for half an hour, and change the water twice in the middle. Remove and drain, and grind the sweet potatoes finely.
2.
Put the wakaki into a large basin, add 2 tablespoons of water, appropriate amount of salt, 0.5 tablespoons of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, 0.5 teaspoons of five-spice powder, grasp evenly with your hands, and marinate for 30 Minutes (you can add garlic paste if you like garlic).
3.
After marinating it to taste, add 15 grams of starch. Grab into a paste.
4.
Each side of the ribs is coated with a layer of sweet potato powder.
5.
Let it stand for one minute until the moisture has returned, and the oil temperature is 180 degrees. Lower the ribs into medium heat and fry for about 5 minutes. The surface is golden and crisp, and the oil can be removed.
