Shredded Chicken
1.
Choose half of the chicken breast, put it in clean water and cook (it takes about 10 minutes)
2.
The time to cook the chicken is used to prepare other ingredients: wash the cucumber and cut into long slices
3.
Take 4 cloves of garlic and cut into minced garlic; wash the shallots and cut the chopped green onions
4.
In another pot, pour in clean water. After the water is boiled, pour the sliced cucumber into the water and boil it for 2 seconds and quickly pick it up with a colander (friends who like to eat raw cucumbers can ignore this step)
5.
The cucumber slices are placed on the plate as shown
6.
Remove the cooked chicken and let it cool, then cut the meat into small strips by hand
7.
Pour 1 spoon of light soy sauce
8.
Pour in 0.5 tablespoon of salt
9.
Pour 1 spoon of sesame oil
10.
Pour in 1 tablespoon of pepper powder, mix well, and marinate for 5 minutes
11.
Put oil in the pot, add minced garlic after the oil is slightly hot
12.
Add 1 spoon of lantern chili sauce
13.
Add 1 tablespoon of chopped peppers and saute until fragrant
14.
Pour in the marinated chicken shreds
15.
Add 1 tablespoon of chili oil
16.
Add 1 tablespoon of white wine and stir fry
17.
Sprinkle chopped green onion from the pot and place it on the cucumber slices.
Tips:
1. This dish can be eaten hot or cold;
2. The amount of salt can be reduced, because chopped pepper and lantern chili sauce contain salt.
