Shredded Eggplant

Wash the eggplant and set aside.

Wash the pork and set aside.
3.
Peel the garlic, wash and set aside.
4.
Cut the pork into cubes and the eggplant into strips; smash the garlic and set aside.
5.
Stir the garlic in a frying pan until fragrant.
6.
Pour in the diced meat and stir fry.
7.
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir fry for color.
8.
Cut the minced meat into strips and stir-fry.
9.
Add a small amount of water and simmer for two minutes. Finally, add some salt and brown sugar and other condiments.
