Shredded Eggplant with Cold Dressing

1. Wash the red pepper, remove the seeds and shred, wash the green onion and cut into froth, and chop the garlic after pat.

2. Wash the eggplant and cut it in half.

3. Put it in a steamer and steam it.

4. When steaming the eggplant, prepare the sauce, add garlic paste in the dish, pour the heated onion oil on top (you can also use general cooking oil), add light soy sauce, a little sugar, and vinegar.
