Shredded Pleurotus Eryngii - A Healthy Quick Dish

Wash the eryngii mushrooms, chop the millet peppers, and put them together with minced ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green onions.

Pleurotus eryngii is steamed in a pot until cooked through.
