The shredded pork with Beijing sauce is a very popular traditional dish. It is usually paired with the white onions of the green onions. I use the green onions from my small vegetable garden. It is also delicious with the crispy cucumber shreds.

Shredded Pork in Beijing Sauce

1. Tenderloin cut into thin strips

2. Add cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, pepper powder, dried starch, stir well and marinate

3. Put the sweet noodle sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, oil consumption, and sugar in a small bowl

4. Add some water to make a sauce

5. Tofu skin blanched for later use

6. Scallions and cucumber shredded

7. Put oil in the pan to heat up, add a little more oil, add shredded pork and stir fry to change color

8. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry until the sauce is thick and turn off the heat
