Shredded Pork with Ginger

Shred pork, add dark soy sauce and starch, mix well, set aside and set aside;

Cut ginger and red pepper into shreds;

Put vegetable oil in the pan, heat the oil, add a little ginger shreds, and stir-fry slightly; (because the meat catches starch, it will stick to the pan, first put a little ginger shreds down, it will improve)

Put down the shredded pork and stir-fry until it is 8 or 9 minutes cooked. Put all the remaining shredded ginger and stir-fry until the meat is fully cooked. Add red pepper and stir-fry for a few times. Add salt and stir-fry evenly. Put the pot on the plate.
