Shredded Potato

Shred potatoes, blanch, rinse and drain.

Choke dried chili oil.
3.
Add salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, light soy sauce, spicy fresh dew, garlic, shredded green and red pepper, white vinegar, dried chili oil, and red oil to the potato shreds and stir.
4.
Add coriander and sesame sesame oil and mix thoroughly.
