Shredded Potatoes with Homemade Salad
1.
Shred potatoes and soak for 5 minutes.
2.
Bring the water to a boil.
3.
Put the potato shreds.
4.
The water is boiling, turn off the heat and remove it to cool.
5.
Into the bowl.
6.
Add seasoning oil, see my recipe for all-purpose seasoning oil.
7.
Add salt, monosodium glutamate, green and red pepper shreds and mix well.
