Shredded Radish

Wash the carrots, cut off both ends and shred them for later use.
Wash the coriander and cut into sections for later use.

After marinating the loose salt for one minute, the purpose is to remove the raw water from the shredded radish. (Don’t take too long, so that the shredded radish will be more crispy.)
Then use water to clear the salt, and then squeeze the carrot shreds to dry the water.

Reconcile: three spoons of soy sauce, one spoon of vinegar, pepper oil, sesame oil, sea pepper oil, monosodium glutamate, white sugar.
4.
Stir the carrot shreds and coriander, pour into the mixture, mix well and eat.
