Shrimp and Crab Congee

1. Mince ginger and garlic and set aside for later

2. Cut the crab well and marinate it with some light soy sauce

3. Make a knife on the back of the shrimp, then use light soy sauce, chicken essence, garlic, ginger, marinate for ten minutes

4. Soak scallops in water

5. Cook the rice porridge by 80, then add scallops, shrimp and crab together and cook for ten minutes

6. Finally add the seasoning, sprinkle with coriander, and you are ready to eat.
