Shrimp and Vermicelli Casserole

Soak the dried shrimp and shredded squid in hot water first.

Soak the fans in cold water.
3.
Heat oil in a pot and sauté the garlic.
4.
Pour the lean meat and stir fry.
5.
Add the drained shrimp and shredded squid.
6.
Add the right amount of salt.
7.
Drizzle a little light soy sauce.
8.
Then pour it into the casserole.
9.
Add proper amount of boiling water to the casserole.
10.
Pour the vermicelli into the casserole.
11.
Cover the pot and cook.
12.
Add some dark soy sauce to a boiling pot.
13.
When the vermicelli is cooked, add appropriate amount of chopped green onion to remove from heat.
Tips:
The vermicelli is easy to cook, so just start the pot.
