Shrimp Pot Stickers
1.
Remove the shells and the intestines of the shrimp, wash and drain the water, add ginger, salt, cooking wine, white pepper, starch and mix all to marinate for half an hour to taste.
2.
Pork (I use tenderloin here, if you like the fat and lean, you can use the front of the pig), wash and drain the water, chop the meat, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, and soy sauce, stir evenly and marinate for half an hour to taste for later use.
3.
Peel the carrots, chop them into shreds, and squeeze the water. At the same time, wash the green onions, drain the water, and chop them for later use.
4.
Add the chopped carrots, chopped green onions, eggs, a little salt and cooking oil to the marinated minced meat and stir in one direction.

All ingredients are available

Partially Wrapped Pot Stickers
8.
Pour a little oil in a hot pan and place it on a low heat. Put the wrapped pot stickers into the pot and fry until the shape is set. Then pour a little water and cover the pot and simmer until the water is dry and the skin changes color, and then it can be taken out of the pot.
9.
Dipping sauce: a little rice vinegar, a little minced garlic, a spoonful of shrimp oil (you can use sesame oil instead of shrimp oil)
10.
Shrimp pot stickers dipped in shrimp vinegar, the taste is not ordinary.
