Shrimp Potato Chips
1.
Prepare the raw materials: 12 shrimps (don’t worry about the quantity too deliberately), three potatoes (similar to the size of a kiwi), don’t buy too big potatoes, because slices of big potatoes don’t look good~
2.
Pick the shrimp head and remove the shrimp thread. Peel the garlic and set aside. I personally think that potatoes have a strange taste, which can be removed with garlic. Babies who like the taste of potatoes can not use garlic.
3.
Heat the oil in the pan
4.
After the oil is hot, add garlic and stir fragrant
5.
Turn on high heat and pour in the shrimp and potato chips.
6.
Add an appropriate amount of salt and continue to stir fry, and then add an appropriate amount of cooking wine to remove the fishy.
7.
After the cooking wine is dry, add water to the potato chips. After the water has boiled, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for about five minutes.
8.
Poke the potato slices with chopsticks and turn to high heat, add 2 drops of fresh soy sauce to dry the soup, and fry until it almost sticks to the pan and bananas. Because I think the more burnt the better~
9.
Out of the pot
Tips:
1. Because potato chips have a relatively high starch content, you need to stir fry more quickly to avoid sticking to the pan
2. The shrimp heads can also be omitted. According to my own habits, I think the shrimp heads are relatively dirty, so generally when my family eats the shrimp heads are removed, only if you treat them to dinner, they will not go, haha~
