Shrimp Skin Onion

Soak the dried shrimps in pure water.

Cut the onion into shreds and chop the shallots.

Pour oil in the wok and fry the shallots.

Add the onion and fry until the onion is translucent.
6.
Put on the dried shrimp skins.

Stir-fry and mix evenly, add chopped green onions, and remove.
Tips:
Shrimp skin can be served with other vegetables. It is salty, so it's better to soak it.
Stir-fry with dried shrimp skins without adding too much salt, just drizzle with light soy sauce.
