Prepare ingredients: leftover rice, eggs, tomatoes, green peppers, mozzarella cheese, shallots;

Tips:

2. The seasoning can be adjusted according to personal preference; our spicy tempeh sauce is not salty enough, so salt is put in the fried rice; if the sauce you prepare is salty enough, don't put salt in the fried rice;
3. Egg skins are easy to cook, so after observing that the egg skins are cooked, you can turn off the power without waiting for the end of the program;
4. When adding the cheese and stir-fry, it needs to be quickly stir-fried evenly; otherwise, the cheese cannot be fried;
