[sichuan] Garlic Lamb Chops

Prepare ingredients: wash lamb chops; cut garlic and ginger into cubes separately; cut millet spicy and shallots into small circles with kitchen scissors;

Soak the lamb chops in clean water for 30 minutes, changing the water once in between;

Wash lamb chops and drain; add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, pepper, salt, and ginger;

1. The seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste;
2. When the lamb chops are marinated, the flavor should be added once, and no more seasoning will be done later; and the marinating time is longer, and the flavor is easier;
