[sichuan] Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat

Prepare ingredients: minced beef, old tofu, sauerkraut, sweet pepper, celery, ginger, spring onion; mix the minced beef with appropriate cooking wine and pepper, and marinate for a while;

After the tofu is washed, cut into tofu pieces of uniform size and thickness, and then smear an appropriate amount of salt to let the tofu taste; rinse the sauerkraut several times with water, squeeze the water, and chop; old ginger, green onion, minced; sweet pepper, Wash celery and chop separately;

Take the steamed tofu out of the pot and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. The seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste; sauerkraut and spicy tempeh sauce all have a salty taste, so salt and light soy sauce should be used less or not;
2. If the sauerkraut is salty, you can wash it several times with clean water, squeeze out the water, and then chop it and cook in the pot;
