Simple and Delicious Grilled Fish

Prepared shallots, ginger, shallots and chopped shallots for later use (before the fish comes out of the oven, the shallots and ginger must be heated in the pan). After the fish is grilled, hot oil can be poured on top

Remove the head and cut the carp into sections, put the cooking wine, soy sauce, vinegar and salt in it, and marinate for about half an hour

Marinate for about half an hour and place the fish one by one on a baking tray or a heat-resistant ceramic plate that can be sent to the oven. Wrapped in tin foil in the baking tray, so that the surface of the fish will not be dry when it is grilled, just like steamed. I bake it at 240 degrees for about 30 minutes. You can set the time according to your own oven.
