Sliced Squid Squid

Fresh squid should be boiled in an underwater pot, add a spoonful of cooking wine, and cook for 2 minutes.

Rinse the cooked squid in cold water and cut into sections for later use.

Cut the onion into strips.

Prepare accessories.

Slice pork and marinate for 10 minutes with salt, dark soy sauce, meat tenderizer, chicken powder, and cooking oil.

Stir fry the fatty meat in a frying pan to get the oil out.

Stir fry with auxiliary materials.

Add onion and stir fry.

After the onion is broken, add a spoonful of bean paste, pour in the squid silk, add an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, stir-fry together with the light soy sauce, add the marinated meat slices, continue to stir-fry for a minute, and finally add a little sugar to make it fresh.

Add the prepared coriander and it's ready to be served.

Tips:
After blanching, the squid will be more chewy after being exposed to cold water, or soaking in cold water for a few minutes.
