Smoked Tofu Skin Pork Roll

Add cooking wine, ginger powder, pepper, five-spice powder, salt, egg white, and water starch to the minced pork. Whisk in one direction, add chopped green onion and mix well.

Blanch the tofu skin in hot water, remove and drain, and cut in half.

Steam in a steamer for about 20 minutes.

Tips:
When smoking and coloring, pay attention to the degree of coloring, do not smoke over, it will have a bitter taste afterwards. Generally, when the pot is full of smoke, turn off the heat and simmer for one minute. If the color is not enough, you can smoke it again.
