Every year when I smell the fragrance of the locust tree, I think of the buns made with locust flower fillings made by my grandmother. The ingredients are very simple. How do you say the taste? Don’t have a taste. When I grow up, I can make buns by myself. The idea has been changed a little, and the taste is also well received.

Sophora Japonica Buns

1. Wash the locust flowers carefully, blanch them and squeeze the moisture.

2. Wash the shiitake mushrooms with hot water, chop them, and put them directly in the basin.

3. Wash and chop the leeks and put them in the basin.

4. Wash and mince carrots and put them in a basin, if not, ignore them.

5. Add oyster sauce and light soy sauce.

6. Simply mix well.

7. The pork belly cut into small cubes is also directly placed in a small pot, and sprinkled with salt and white pepper.

8. From the pot, add a little pepper with vegetable oil and cook until it smokes.

9. Drain the pepper and pour the pepper oil on the diced meat.

10. Stir in one direction.

11. The ingredients of the dough are directly put into the bread machine, and the dough is mixed and fermented.

12. The dough is fermented to 1.5-2 times larger, and knead smoothly.

13. Divide into 14-16 small doses, dip in a little flour, and squash.

14. Gently roll it into a circle with a thicker center.

15. 2-3 scoops of filling.

16. Fold the corners in one direction and gather them together.

17. Line it with greased paper and put it in the pot.

18. After everything is wrapped, relax for 10-20 minutes.

19. My size, the electric pottery stove can be scheduled for 25 minutes.

20. After turning off the heat, stop for 3 minutes, and then slowly open the lid, you can start eating.

Tips:

1. Here I am using an electric ceramic stove. The time in this article is based on my actual situation, not absolute, and needs to be adjusted according to my actual situation.
2. Do not open the lid immediately after steaming, turn off the heat for a few minutes and then slowly open the lid.
