Sour and Refreshing Zucchini

Prepare the materials as shown in the picture, and prepare the condiments that are not photographed by yourself

Scrape the zucchini to remove the flesh, then cut into slices

Then cut the tomatoes, garlic sprouts and green peppers into hob pieces

Bring the oil (appropriate amount) to the pot and cook until it smokes. Add the green peppers and fry them.

When the green peppers are fried, put the zucchini and garlic sprouts in the pot and stir fry, and then add the condiments one by one.

When the zucchini is softened, put the tomatoes in and continue to fry.

Continue to stir fry on high heat until the zucchini is juicy and stuffy, wait until it is dead, and then add some homemade chili oil to get out of the pot.
Tips:
There is no fixed amount of condiments, just put it on your own. If the chili is hot and deep-fried, it won’t be so spicy
