Sour and Spicy Cold Beans

Wash the cowpea and pick it into sections.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a drop of oil, and blanch the cowpea. (Come on to make the blanched cowpea bright green)

If the cowpea is cut off, you can take it out and rinse it thoroughly with water.

Drain the water and add a teaspoon of salt, mix well and marinate in advance for about 20 minutes.

Cut the chives and ginger garlic and set aside.

Put the slightly marinated cowpeas into a large bowl, add two spoons of soy sauce, one spoon of vinegar, all the minced ginger and garlic, half a spoon of sugar, one spoon of pepper oil, half a spoon of sesame oil, two spoons of red pepper noodles, and one spoon of pepper noodles. Half a spoon of MSG and half of chives.

Put it on a plate, a plate of sour and crispy cold cowpea is just fine.
