Sour and Spicy Konjac

1. Cut sour pepper into sections, minced garlic, coriander and garlic leaves.

2. Drain the cut konjac.

3. Put oil in a pot and bring to a boil. Add the cut sour pepper and minced garlic.

4. Then add the konjac, stir fry and add some salt.

5. Then adjust the light soy sauce.

6. Add coriander and garlic and stir fry.
