Sour Soup and Fresh Pork Wontons

Mince fresh pork.

Add minced ginger to the chopped pork, add salt and pepper, and mix well into wonton filling.

Wrap the wontons one by one with the wonton wrappers you bought.

Prepare seaweed, dried shrimp skins, chopped green onion, and hot pot base.
