Sour Tang Vegetarian Dumplings

Mix the flour with cold water into a dough and set aside.

Wash and chop the leeks.

Stir-fry the eggs and chop finely. Add seasonings with the leeks and mix well.

Knead the dough evenly, knead into strips, cut into small pieces, and roll into a round skin.

Seal the edge of the filling and pinch tightly.

Then turn it in half and squeeze it tightly to form a raw dumpling.

Do them all in turn.

Take a small bowl, add 5ml light soy sauce, 10ml balsamic vinegar, 3g chili pepper, salt, chicken essence, green onion, dried shrimp skin, seaweed, and a little sesame oil.

Dumplings are cooked in a pot.

Put the dumplings and the soup in a bowl, ready to eat.
Tips:
The most important thing in sour soup is balsamic vinegar and chili pepper. You must use balsamic vinegar or old vinegar to season it to taste the best.
Use fried chili oil, sour soup tastes pure, do not use chili powder so as not to affect the taste.
If you like, you can add some coriander. My child doesn't eat it, so I didn't put it. Putting some coriander sour soup is more flavorful.
