Soy Pork

Soak the soybeans one night in advance and prepare all the ingredients!

Cut the meat into cubes, as shown in the figure,

Cut all the ingredients and set aside,

Open fire, pour in the diced meat

Stir-fry the oil, add a teaspoon of salt, ginger, garlic, dried chili, pepper, white wine (you can use cooking wine, there is no white wine at home), stir-fry,

Stir fry for a few minutes and add brown sugar,

After coloring, put the aniseed (the kind of aniseed in the supermarket and the packaging bag that contains all the halogen ingredients) and stir-fry for 3 minutes,

Add soaked ginger, soaked chili, and stir fry for 3 minutes

Add bean paste and soy sauce and stir fry for 3 minutes

Mix appropriate amount of water,

Add the soybeans, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to medium and low heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes!

Serve on the plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and serve!
Tips:
1⃣️Soy beans are soaked one night in advance!
2⃣️The meat must be fat and thin, sautéed, add the ingredients in turn, sauté slowly, and then mix in the right amount of water!
