Soy Sauce Fried Rice

The braised rice should be harder. I need to make more hard rice to make rice wine. Disperse in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Chop ginger and garlic into minced pieces and diced green onions.

Pour the light soy sauce.

Pick up the pot, add oil and pepper, stir fragrantly, remove the pepper.

Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the beaten rice and salt, stir and stir well.
7.
Add the light soy sauce, stir and stir well, pour a little vinegar before serving, or not add vinegar.
8.
Bowl of rice.
Tips:
Stir-fry the leftover rice. Don’t use too much oil to stir-fry the rice. I used to put the rice in the microwave and turn it to break up. It’s faster.
