Lunch for one person at noon is simple, easy to make and nutritious.

Soy Sauce Fried Rice

1. Cut ham sausage into small cubes, chop green onions, wash and chop cabbage.

2. Add a spoonful of soy sauce and half a spoonful of braised sauce to the rice and mix well.

3. Beat the eggs.

4. Fry the eggs in a non-stick pan and shovel them into pieces.

5. Add a small amount of oil in a separate pot, add chopped green onion and stir fry.

6. Add the cabbage and stir fry.

7. Stir fry with very fresh soy sauce.

8. Add diced ham and stir fry.

9. Add rice and stir fry.

10. Finally, add the eggs and stir-fry well.

Tips:

The saltiness of the soy sauce is enough, don't add any more salt.
