Soy Sauce Fried Rice

Cut ham sausage into small cubes, chop green onions, wash and chop cabbage.

Add a spoonful of soy sauce and half a spoonful of braised sauce to the rice and mix well.

Beat the eggs.

Fry the eggs in a non-stick pan and shovel them into pieces.

Add a small amount of oil in a separate pot, add chopped green onion and stir fry.

Add the cabbage and stir fry.

Stir fry with very fresh soy sauce.

Tips:
The saltiness of the soy sauce is enough, don't add any more salt.
