Spiced Meat Roll
1.
Peel the shallots
2.
Wash the water chestnuts and peel off the skin; cut the meat into small cubes; respectively cut the shallots and water chestnuts into dices
3.
Mix the above ingredients, add beaten eggs, 1 teaspoon of five-spice powder, salt and chicken essence and mix well; then add sweet potato powder and mix these ingredients again
4.
Take the tofu skin, spread the processed meat, and roll it up until it can wrap the meat. Don't wrap too many layers to affect the taste (when you roll it, press it down slightly, so that the finished product is firmer)
5.
Place them one by one on the steamer, leaving space to avoid squeezing together after steaming; boil water, put it in the steamer, and steam for about 15 minutes. If you like steamed meat rolls, just go to this step.
6.
If you want to eat fried, wait for the meat rolls to cool down and cut into small sections. Heat the pan with hot oil and fry the meat rolls in the oil until slightly yellow. When you eat it, add balsamic vinegar.
