Spiced Tea Egg

Prepare all ingredients.

Duck eggs are cleaned and cooked in a pot.
3.
Scoop it up after cooking and break the shell (for better flavor).
4.
Tea (the ordinary tea I used plus a small amount of Pu'er) and other ingredients are cleaned.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil, continue to cook for about 5 minutes to let the flavor come out.

Add the duck eggs, add some salt and soy sauce, and continue to cook for about 5 minutes.
7.
After it's cooked, just let it boil for about half a day (I usually cook it the evening before and eat it the next morning).
Tips:
1. Boiled eggs need to be broken into pieces in order to have a better taste.
2. It takes a few hours to taste after cooking, it will be good in about half a day, and it should not be too long.
