Spiced Tenderloin Scones

Chopped chives and ginger

Chop the tenderloin into a puree, add ginger onion, peanut oil and seasoning, and mix well.

Yeast powder, water and dough, knead into a smooth dough, leave it in a warm place to ferment for half an hour

Knead into a smooth strip

Divide into small doses of uniform size

Pole into pancakes

Spread the meat evenly on the top of the pancake

Put in the oven, adjust the temperature at 210°, about 5 minutes, and take it out of the oven.
