Spicy Beans

Wash the beans and cut into long strips of equal centimeters.

Blanch the beans in a pot thoroughly and remove them, and immediately use cold water to cool them.

Throw the beans with the cold and dry water content into the plate for later use.

Prepare minced ginger, minced garlic, and pepper ring.

Heat oil in a pot, add ginger and sauté until fragrant, add pepper rings, minced garlic and saute until fragrant, add salt, a little sugar (optional) soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a little warm water to boil.

Pour the pot on top of the well-made beans, and pour in a little homemade red oil at the end.

Tips:
Add a little salt and salad oil when the beans are blanched to make the beans greener and more tender. The beans must be blanched thoroughly. After the beans are blanched, let them cool to make them more crispy and refreshing.
