Spicy Chicken

Prepare the ingredients: sweet pepper, two vitex, chicken breast, ginger, garlic; remove the stems and seeds of the sweet pepper, and wash the ingredients separately;

Dice the bell pepper, cut the two vitex strips into circles, dice the chicken breast; dice the ginger and garlic; cut the dried chili into oblique sections, and prepare the pepper;

Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, and starch to the chicken breasts, stir well and set aside;

Put the pot on the fire, pour in vegetable oil; the amount of oil is a little more than usual for cooking; add chicken breast;

Add the bell peppers and stir fry the two vitex sticks;

Add an appropriate amount of salt and continue to stir fry;

Stir in white sesame seeds and stir well;

Turn off the heat and start the pot.
