Spicy Cumin Pork Strips
1.
Cut the pork tenderloin into thicker strips.
2.
Add cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, green onion and ginger and marinate for 20 minutes.
3.
Wash and peel the carrots.
4.
Make it into the shape of a heart-shaped petal (please ignore my handicapped knife skills🤦‍♀️).
5.
Cut into a clip blade (note that the connection point of this clip blade is on the tip of the heart shape, that is to say slice from the big end, do not disconnect the tip to form a clip blade).
6.
Around the edges, cut the clamping blade as thin as possible, put it in the water for a while, it will naturally reverse, and the knife does not work well (for example, I), you can use the leftover scraps, pad it in the middle of the clamping blade, and then layer it.
7.
Heat oil in a pot and add the marinated tenderloin strips to 70% of the oil temperature.
8.
Fry on low heat until cooked thoroughly and remove.
9.
Leave the oil in the pot, add the green and red pepper rings, green onion and ginger (optional), add cumin, white sesame seeds, pepper noodles, a little salt, sugar, and chicken essence and mix well (you can go to the supermarket if you find it troublesome in this step Buy ready-made barbecue materials).
10.
Add the deep-fried tenderloin strips and stir evenly.
11.
Out of the pot and plate, the finished product.
Tips:
Tenderloin strips are easy to cook. You don’t need to deep-fry for too long. Master the time according to personal experience. Finally, deep fry for two seconds and quickly get out of the pot. Don’t fry for a long time. It will be very hard.
