Spicy Dried Buns

Cut the buns into cubes

Beat two eggs

Add the spicy sauce, I use the kubi spicy, normal spicy sauce is fine, stir well

Add the sliced steamed buns, and evenly dip the egg liquid on the surface

Heat a small amount of oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, add the steamed buns

Fry on medium and small heat until one side is golden and solidified, turn over and fry on the other side

Fry the steamed bun slices until the surface is completely golden and turn off the heat. Sprinkle in salt, cumin, and chili noodles.

Tips:
The first time I tried to make it tastes very good, the leftover steamed buns can be eaten in a high level.
The spicy sauce can also be replaced with tomato sauce according to your own taste, as long as you like it.
